I’m a thirty-something educrat, with a hunger for good food prepared and served with love. This blog will chronicle memorable meals at New York restaurants of all stripes, from fine-dining to hot dog carts. I am an eater first and foremost, not an industry insider, journalist, or celeb chef groupie, thus my reviews will be experiential and sensual – I will strive to describe what it’s like to actually eat the food, tastes, textures, smells, and all. I don’t plan to photograph my food, or harp on decor, service, or cost.
